SF Design Week 2013 : Reception at Autodesk #SFDW13

Since 2006, AIGA San Francisco has organized San Francisco Design Week as a way to reach out to a diverse community of over 24,000 Bay Area design professionals as well as local businesses, non-profits, entrepreneurs, students, the design-savvy public, tourists, and more. AIGA SF will be partnering with the San Francisco chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD), and Adobe Systems, to sponsor a full week of events highlighting the diversity and professionalism of the design community around the bay. Our goal is to raise public awareness of the impact that all design-graphic, product, interior, fashion, architecture, advertising, et cetera-has in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Birchbox. Each month, you’ll receive a selection of samples that we’ve tried (and retried) ourselves. We source our samples from both well-known brands and emerging gems. The women’s subscription includes everything from skincare to makeup, as well as fun non-beauty extras. The men’s subscription delivers top-tier grooming products in addition to lifestyle accessories ranging from hip socks to tech accessories. Sandro Paris was born in 1984 and opened its first boutique on Rue Vieille du Temple in the heart of the Marais. It has grown to be a label known for feminine, versatile dressing. Today, Sandro has a huge global following with 202 boutiques worldwide. The Sandro Men’s shops first launched in the Marais and Saint Germain des Pres areas. The shops have been thought of like a jewel box combined with simple and trendy features. The stores have herringbone floors, painted mirrors and more than 190 styles, along with a selection of art books and music, providing the comfort of a British club, while offering it pieces of the season. Sandro opened the doors to its first two freestanding stores in New York City!
